On Friday 25 April at 7.00 pm, Nuvole, Castello Volante’s ‘taste workshop’, is hosting an evening of tastings and stories featuring Castello’s craft beers, brewed by Baff Beer. Andrea De Luca will be guiding us through the world of hops, stories and food pairings.
There will be two beers to sample:
- KORIANA
A light and well-balanced Blonde Ale
– Pettole
– Broad beans and chicory
- MUSIKI
Intense, bitter, fragrant IPA
– Grilled Apulian ‘bombette’

The event is part of the Bazart programme, which from 3 to 27 April transforms the village and the ancient manor house of Corigliano d’Otranto into a sprawling bazaar of visions where history, craftsmanship, music, food and wine, guided tours and exhibitions come together to tell the story of the region’s creativity in an original way.
