Following the opening of the travelling exhibition “Journeys through the Lands of Remorse” on Thursday 11 July, the event continues the following evening with a free guided tour of the village organised by Infopoint and Proloco Corigliano d’Otranto. The tour sets off at 9 pm from the Castello Volante and then follows the exhibition route to explore the history and stories of Corigliano d’Otranto, ending at the Quercia Vallonea, the picturesque garden shaded by the canopy of the centuries-old oak tree.
Here, at 10 pm, the live soundtrack – an original composition by Giovanni Bisanti and Gabriele Vizzi – will begin, accompanying the screening of “Immagini del Tarantismo”.
The evening, with free admission, continues until midnight with a live set by the two artists and tastings in the shade of the oak tree.
