As part of MUSE 2022, an event presented by Locus Festival, the Castello Volante will host exhibitions and performances conceived and produced by women.
From the female deities of mythology to the strong presence of women on the contemporary music scene, venues across Puglia are welcoming the voices, sounds and images of today’s muses, with Corigliano and its castle at the forefront of this initiative.
On 27 December at 9.00 pm, the artist Nziria will perform a live show.
The artist incorporates the forms and themes of neomelodic music, whilst reinvigorating its aesthetic. Through her powerful, androgynous style, she reinterprets neomelodic narratives, singing of queer love and all those dynamic, ever-evolving entities.
