On Saturday 3 December at 3.00 pm, to mark the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, Castello Volante and the municipality of Corigliano d’Otranto are opening their doors for a free guided tour reserved for people with disabilities and their carers
The event will feature an accessible walking tour of the village, covering approximately 3–4 km, led by our InfoPoint guide, who will explain the historical monuments.
The route will take in the town’s most beautiful streets, featuring squares, churches, villas and monuments.
At the end of the event, there will be demonstrations on the ‘correct use of a wheelchair’ and a simulation exercise for the visually impaired.
