BEERS AT THE CASTLE 2022
Il Castello Volante and the Bluebeat Pub invite everyone to three days of festivities featuring craft breweries, music and good food at the magical Castello de’ Monti in Corigliano, in the heart of Salento.
14 breweries, over 90 beers and 60 taps – beers, brewers and enthusiasts from all over Italy.

– Nuvole’s cuisine – the castle bistro serving pucce, horse meat chunks and bombette

FRIDAY 19 – 8.00 pm
Presentation of the second edition of “HOME BREWING – The Complete Guide for Third-Millennium Homebrewers” and a discussion on homebrewing with the author, Angelo Ruggiero
SATURDAY 20 – 9.00 pm
DINNER WITH THE BREWER at Nuvole, on the castle terrace.
Dishes by chef Brian Pocchi paired with Extraomnes beers, hosted by brewer Schigi D’Amelio.
