Once again this year, as is tradition, the ancient manor is transformed into a nightmarish place where you can lose yourself and venture in to spend the scariest night of the year amidst music, eerie apparitions, art installations, and literary and cinematic references.
Come aboard and begin your descent into the underworld, into the darkest corners of your own soul; we invite you to face your monsters head-on and transform your fears.

This year, UNA NOTTE DA PAURA will host the third edition of the AVANT Festival: four live performances and a DJ set, accompanied by themed visuals. This exploratory contemporary-electronic music serves as the soundtrack to a visual project that highlights critical issues such as global warming, military conflicts, controversial global policies, the distribution of wealth, and gender and racial prejudices.

THE SIBYL – In the chamber of emotions
In the heart of the Castle, a magical door will lead you into the chamber where the senses are heightened.
“I am the Sibyl and I shall accompany you on a journey through your thoughts and desires. Through psychomagical rituals and potions, we shall reflect on love and eros, awakening an energy that regenerates human connection”.
MIRRORS in Echo’s room
You’ll feel as though you’re speaking to her, but she is merely an echo. She’ll watch you from the other side of an invisible mirror, in which she has trapped herself to brush against Narcissus
A silent consultation, in which you’ll immerse yourselves in your own shadows and darkness. The symbols of a secret alphabet will unconsciously bring you face to face with your greatest fears. Choose them intuitively and you will receive, like an echo or a reflection, talismans and decorations painted on your face
DINNER AMONG THE CLOUDS – the bistro on the terraces of Castello Volante
From 8.00 pm to 11.00 pm, you can immerse yourselves in the spooky atmosphere of the ancient manor’s terraces to enjoy a Halloween dinner, with a menu designed especially for the occasion:
- Pumpkin carpaccio with pecorino, rocket and lime
- Orecchiette with pumpkin and cacioricotta
- Sliced diaphragm meat
