*Il Provinciale* takes us to Puglia to discover Grecia Salentina. Federico Quaranta is exploring the origins and defining characteristics of Grika culture, an ethnic and linguistic minority still present today in twelve towns in the province of Lecce, including Corigliano d’Otranto itself.
Through countryside and villages, amongst woods, castles and places of worship; scholars, musicians, Grika language teachers, but also ordinary people who have spoken this language since birth.
