Following the winter break, Nuvole – the cocktail bar and bistro on the terraces of the Castello Volante in Corigliano d'Otranto – reopens on Friday 7 April.
The culinary culture of Salento meets that of the peoples who have passed through the region, giving rise to unique flavours to be savoured amongst the clouds.
From 6 pm, to mark the start of the new season, guests can sample the brand-new, revamped menu and enjoy the musical selections of Max Nocco, a multi-talented artist who has long been active on the Salento underground scene, a tireless vinyl collector and DJ who draws heavily on jazz, soul, dub, rock, new wave, electronic, kraut, hip-hop, funk and much more.
Open from Friday to Sunday (closed at Easter), in this true ‘workshop’ of flavour and spirits, experimentation and tradition are in constant dialogue to offer an ever-changing selection, creating new sensory experiences through workshops, tastings, dinner shows and more.
