On Thursday 26 December, the Borgo Volante in Corigliano d’Otranto will host DISABITANTI, a playwriting and theatre project organised by Magma aps in collaboration with ALIBI – artisti liberi indipendenti.
We usually know the stories behind the places we love well, just as we do with the most important sites or those that have served as the backdrop to historical events. As for most of the houses, however, where the smaller and perhaps even the most intense stories unfold, we often know nothing more than their façades.
Over recent months, we have sought out, imagined and been captivated by these very uninhabited houses, and now we look forward to welcoming you on 26 December to wander together through these places and our musings.
We’ll be meeting at the Mercato Coperto (Piazza Vittoria, Corigliano d’Otranto) and there will be two sessions:
