On Sunday 5 December, the “Sundays at the Castle” series continues. From 5.30 pm (free entry, Green Pass required), the State Rooms will host “Wines in the Clouds”. The wine tasting – accompanied by baked goods from “Fior di Pane” – will feature four of Apulia’s most interesting wineries: Vini Garofano from Copertino (Le), Cantina Valentina Passalacqua from Apricena (Fg), Cantina San Marzano (Ta) and Cantina Masciullo from Mesagne (Br). From 7.30 pm (free entry), on the terraces and in the indoor rooms of Nuvole, guests will be able to enjoy street food and the drinks menu (table bookings recommended on 3343429268), whilst listening to a musical selection curated by Sorge. ‘Le domeniche nel Castello’ is also part of the ‘SEI FESTIVAL – Tutto l’anno’ programme, promoted by Coolclub with the support of the Puglia Region – ‘Custodiamo la cultura in Puglia 2021’ – FUS beneficiaries.
The Castello Volante project – winner of the Puglia Regional Government’s call for proposals to adapt tourist attractions to host live entertainment events – has been managed since 2017 by Multiservice Eco, Big Sur and Coolclub in collaboration with the Municipality of Corigliano d’Otranto.
