All in one night!
Cinema del reale returns with a ‘Festa Invisibile’, a night of self-organised resistance. An extraordinary event showcasing the most daring, inventive and genre-bending cinema del reale, which returns this year with a night of screenings, exhibition tours, performances, musical exorcisms and a wild party which, on Saturday 13 July, from sunset to sunrise, will bring the Castle and the Borgo Volante of Corigliano d’Otranto to life.
Whilst awaiting definitive answers from public institutions (the Puglia Region and the Apulia Film Commission) regarding support for the festivals of the Apulia Cinefestival Network, the Festa di Cinema del reale has chosen to maintain, even if only for one night, its summer event with its audience – a creative community that gathers every year to experience and take part in an engaging and original event which, over the course of twenty editions, has always been able to innovate and reinvent itself.

THE PARTY OF THE PARTY
Saturday 13 July 2024, from 11.30 pm until dawn
Castello Volante, Corigliano d’Otranto
From 11.30 pm, the Festa della Festa Invisibile features a line-up including DJs G.selle, Max Nocco, Jetro and the Queer Market Show (a DJ set by Disko Venganza and drag performances by Alister Victoria, Billie Kill and Lela Rox). The dawn set will be provided by Albis Umbra, who will bring the long ‘Invisible Night of Cinema del Reale’ to a close.
A collective happening, a choral performance that will bring the terraces of Castello Volante to life until dawn.
Special guest DJ GS.ELLE!, a creative Afro-Colombian DJ based in Milan. Her DJ sets are a rousing mix of reggaeton, baile funk and guaracha, combined with the most innovative sounds of electronic music and beyond.
With her ability to create synergies between different genres, GS.ELLE transforms every evening into an unforgettable experience, inviting the audience to dance and let themselves be carried away by the infectious rhythms!

This special night at the Festa di Cinema del Reale, under the artistic direction of Paolo Pisanelli and the creative direction of Francesco Maggiore, is made possible thanks to the work of Big Sur, OfficinaVisioni and Cinema del Reale, with the support of the Municipality of Corigliano d’Otranto and Castello Volante, and the invaluable collaboration and support of CoolClub, Italea Puglia, CineClub Universitario, JAMS, Info Point and Pro Loco di Corigliano d’Otranto.
This year, the festival’s ‘non-colour’ is WHITE, to be ‘embellished’ with ribbons, zagareddhe and colourful accessories.
