LUILUCEFARO

Presentation of Giovanni Bisanti’s musical narrative project

"It is the story of a light in a lighthouse,
where it is always morning and night comes only to illuminate the darkness"

On Friday 17 February, at 9.00 pm, the Castello Volante will host the presentation of LUILUCEFARO, Giovanni Bisanti’s first narrative-musical project, in the Medieval Hall.

LUILUCEFARO is a short journey which – starting from a boat and a lighthouse – ends up touching upon the depths of every soul, the love stories left behind on benches, childhood memories and glimpses of the future.

A journey through words, music and previously unreleased songs that, for a moment, will leave the doors open to each of their worlds.
The narrative and musical paths will eventually intertwine, gifting every traveller a small light to let shine within their soul every day.

The story will be told by weaving soundscapes with guitar, a loop station, vocals and rhythms by Giovanni Bisanti, alongside the music of Diego Vergari’s soprano and contralto saxophones. The previously unreleased songs, meanwhile, will be the threads that make this story unique.

The evening will feature the photographic exhibition (H)ombre by Giulia Calà Scarcione, which will lend vision and imagery to the story. The artist will evoke memories and impressions, guiding you through music and images into the world of LUILUCEFARO.
