There is a space between Earth and Sky.
It is the space where the voice of our true identity manifests itself. A space where the many parts of ourselves live, just like these ceramic creatures. Each one represents the forces that animate us; each invites us to reflect on the power of Creativity, understood as a vital force, a transformative energy that animates us.
If being happy means living in harmony with ourselves, it stands to reason that happiness is not realised within a finite, tangible and controllable dimension, but rather is revealed through our inner gaze, as we experience that which is in perpetual motion both within and outside of us.
It is a way of living in reality, opening ourselves up to the experience of feeling and to the profound wisdom that comes from the awareness of ‘being in the world’.
Every creature is an invitation to never stop exploring ourselves, to re-create our reality every day, grounding ourselves in the Earth and connecting with the Heavens in full harmony with these two dimensions: the visible and the invisible.
As part of Cinema del Reale, on Friday 21 July from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm, Viviana Casaluci will lead a meditative clay workshop entitled ‘Corpo reale’.
During the workshop, we will connect with our bodies through breathing and visualisation; then, through touch and the earth, we will create space in our hearts and minds through the Creative force present within each of us.
