The moat at Castello Volante will host an interactive installation conceived and created by visual artist Hermes Mangialardo in collaboration with musician and composer Arale. A multi-sensory experience that engages all the senses: sight, hearing and touch. One of the installations in the moat will be dedicated to human contact, something we have been deprived of in recent years: members of the public, standing face to face, will simply by touching one another produce a symphony of sounds specially created by the musician Arale.
In the garden of the Quercia Vallonea, the centuries-old tree can be ‘played’ by the public, generating sound sequences and creating abstract visual projections using video mapping.
